The petition to move the upcoming public hearing for the rezoning of the property located at 8300 Cooper Chapel Road was successful

The rescheduled meeting will be on Tuesday, October 22nd at 6pm at the South Central Government Center located at 7201 Outer Loop, 40228.

Strength is in numbers! It is very important that residents who will be affected by this attend to show solidarity and to express legitimate concerns about how this will impact the community.

Please do your best to be at the meeting!

REACH Alert Service

Heritage Creek Residents,

We understand the importance of communicating with you and ensuring that we keep you in the loop regarding events affecting Heritage Creek.  As a result, we are pleased to announce that we are initiating a new notification service called REACH Alert.

This new service is provided and paid for by the City of Heritage Creek and will allow us to immediately share important information regarding a number of items, including waterline breaks/boil water advisories, power outages, road closures/delays due to construction or accidents, hazmat situations, AMBER/Silver alerts, police actions, and civic events.

As good as this service is, if you don’t register, we can’t share important information with you.  You decide if you want a text message, voice call, or an email.  Each household can register as many phone numbers and email addresses as necessary.  All you need to do is:

1. Go to www.reachalert.com and click on Sign Up (upper right-hand corner).
2. Network Name: type Heritage Creek (click on our name when it appears).
3. Follow the prompts and enter your preferred contact information.When you enter your address, click on it when it appears in the drop-down list.

If you opted to receive text alerts and/or emails, Reach Alert will send a confirmation message to your cell phone or computer immediately upon completion of your registration.  If you do not receive this message, please call Reach Alert.

If you do not have access to a computer or if you experience any difficulty registering, please contact REACH Alert at 877.307.9313.
